PAYMENT

US- We accept Credit Cards and PayPal. We only ship to Billing address of Credit Cards. International- We ONLY accept PayPal for international transactions. You can use Credits Cards through paypal.

 SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. San Jose sales tax is 9.25%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.

RECEIVING ORDERS

We take 1-3 days to process your orders. We only process on Monday – Friday (Business Days)

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC – We ship all shipments through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Hawaii, APO and PO Boxes will be shipped by USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL – We only use USPS. All shipment will have tracking number provided.

USPS and UPS require a signature for all packages, so please make someone available, otherwise your order may be returned to us.

All orders must have their Billing and Shipping Addresses IDENTICAL. Orders placed with differing addresses will NOT be accepted!

*International orders are subject to being charged custom fees by the destination country’s government. Purist is not responsible for these charges or fees.

*A tracking number will be provided with all Online Purchases.  Once a package is shipped we no longer have any control over how long it will take to arrive to its destination.  All inquires regarding delayed shipping should be directed towards the local postal service.

 PERSONAL INFORMATION

All Information collected during your visit to puristboutique.com is kept private and confidential. We respect our customers and keep all their information private.

 RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns and exchanges 5 days from the delivery date.  An instore credit will be provided, NO REFUNDS whatsoever.  All sale items and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALES.  Returns on shoes will only be accepted in original box, unworn. DO NOT use shoe box as shipping box.  Place shoe box into larger box and pack so that shoe box does not receive damage. Returns on clothing will only be accepted if clothing is unworn, all tags attached.  It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that the returned item is delivered and undamaged.

Please email info@puristboutique.com before returning or exchanging an item. For all returned items you will not be credited for shipping.  

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM PURIST.
